Practical data help, priced for nonprofits
Most engagements start with one problem and one decision it should support. I fix what's broken in the systems you already have, build reporting your team will use, and hand it off so it keeps running without me.
Four kinds of work
Each draws on years of leading this work at enterprise scale, and each has been done for a nonprofit already.
Web & marketing analytics
Know which outreach brings in donors, ticket buyers and volunteers. GA4 audits and fixes, conversion tracking, Google Ad Grant setup, marketing dashboards and AI-assisted monthly reporting.
CRM & donor database
One trusted place for donor and program records, instead of spreadsheets that disagree. Salesforce setup and design, data migration and cleanup, and the views and reports your staff need.
Dashboards & reporting
Reports leadership trusts, built around the numbers you actually use. Excel, Power BI or Tableau dashboards sized to the time your staff have, with guidelines for keeping them current.
Data automation
Stop the monthly spreadsheet copy-and-paste. Scripts and connections that move data between your systems on their own, like the automated pipeline that now feeds Amani's donor reporting.
Grant impact reporting
Funder-ready dashboards and outcome statements, built from data you already track.
Grant application data support
The numbers and evidence your application needs. The narrative writing stays with you.
Training & AI enablement
Teaching one staff member to run the system on their own, whichever area it touches.
3 to 4 weeks, start to handoff
Pick one real decision
A free call to agree on the decision the work should support, then a written scope and price. You give me access to the systems involved.
Fix, then build
I fix tracking and data problems first, then build the report or system around your decision, in tools you already use.
Runs without me
I train the staff member who will own it. They get a monthly checklist and a standing AI prompt that take about 30 minutes a month.
What a typical first engagement includes
The details depend on the problem. You'll see exactly what's included, in writing, before any work starts.
- A free intake callWe agree on the one decision the work should support.
- A written scope and priceBefore any work starts, so there are no surprises.
- An audit summaryWhat's broken, what it's costing you, and what to fix first.
- The fixes themselvesTracking, setup and data problems corrected in your own accounts.
- One report built around your decisionIn the tool your team already uses.
- A monthly checklist and standing AI promptAbout 30 minutes a month for one staff member to keep it running.
- A handoff sessionWith the staff member who will own it, so nothing depends on me.
What it costs
I charge on a sliding scale tied to your organization's annual budget, well below what this level of experience usually costs. A third of everything I bill goes toward subsidized support for small nonprofits that couldn't otherwise afford it.
Most first engagements take about 10 hours, so roughly $1,000, $1,500 or $2,000 depending on your budget. The first call is free, and you'll agree to a written scope and price before any work starts.
You stay in control of your accounts
The slowest step in most engagements is getting access to GA4, Google Ads or your CRM. You never share a password. You add me by email with a limited role, or create an address on your own domain for me, and you can remove me at any time. I never put your donor data into AI tools.
