Real problems, fixed and handed off
Each of these started with one problem the organization needed solved. Each ended with staff running the result on their own.
Washington Improv Theater
The problem. WIT's website data was hard to trust. A misconfigured ticketing stream meant $71K in ticket sales weren't showing up in their analytics, 42% of visits were labeled "unknown source," and the monthly report covered 12 channels that nobody had time to read.
What changed. Once the ticketing stream was fixed, the numbers became something staff could act on. The 12-channel report became five monthly insights, including three clear actions:
- Fix ticket-sale tracking, so revenue is counted where it happens.
- Pause paid social ads and put that money toward search, where visitors were far more engaged.
- Tag links in emails and posts, since most "unknown source" visits were really coming from them.
Where it stands. WIT's staff now pull those monthly insights on their own, with no ongoing outside help.

“Chad was great to work with. He communicates well and as needed. I never felt like I was having to pull things out of him, nor like he was requiring so much communication that it was a struggle to manage him. Chad is detail-oriented and willing to find the answers he may not already know.”
Peter R., Executive Director, Portland Wheelers
Currently working with: Positive Parenting Boston (GA4 audit, review and tracking) and an NJ homeless shelter (Google Ad Grant setup).
