Check a donor file

Export your donor or contact list from your CRM as a CSV, then drop it here. Works with Bloomerang, Little Green Light, DonorPerfect, Neon, Salesforce, and most other exports.

Add gift history (optional)

A second CSV with one row per gift: donor ID, gift date, and amount. This turns on year-over-year retention and LYBUNT/SYBUNT. Export at least three years of gifts.

Check the privacy promise yourself

  1. Open this page, then turn off Wi‑Fi.
  2. Load your file. The check still runs, because nothing is sent anywhere.
  3. Want proof? Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, and load a file. You will see no requests.

Tip: you only need names, contact fields, and last gift date and amount. Remove notes and wealth data before exporting. A gift file only needs three columns: donor ID, date, and amount.
